Hey Friends,

Janie and I first met Khanhny and Long last May when we were in Cancun, Mexico capturing their friend’s wedding.  We made so many amazing new friends on that trip and these are two of them!   We captured portraits for Khanhny a few months ago when she graduated college.  Little did she know then that she had so many changes coming to her life this year….  I met up with these two at the Janet Huckabee Nature Center…  The lighting is pretty perfect there this time of the year it’s a great place to pull off a surprise…. I won’t give it all away yet but let’s start with our favorites….

Khanhny thought this was just a photoshoot…..

And it was a very beautiful photoshoot at that but the entire time i was texting Khanhny’s friends making sure they were parked with cars and everyone hidden….   As we walked up the trail i could see a handful of cars to my left and in the distance..  I was scared she’d catch on to us but she didn’t and here’s her surprise….

Right here she’s looking off at her friends and her sweet dog Bodhi as he ran up with the ring around his neck.
